Over the years, research has been carried out on key scientific and technological issues concerning the intelligence, safety and solid-state development of batteries, with a focus on their power performance, durability and safety. At present, the research is mainly focused on solid-state batteries. The mechanisms affecting the safety and electrochemical performance of semi-solid batteries, as well as the thermal runaway mechanism of sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries, have been revealed. More than 300 SCI-indexed academic papers have been published with an H-index of 72. The author has been selected as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher for 2023–2025.
