Talent training in the School of Vehicle and Mobility addresses world-class science and technology frontiers, highly internationalized with frequent technology exchanges. The school offers a full English graduate program for international students all over the world every year. Forty-seven international students from more than ten countries including Germany, the United States, Pakistan and Indonesia are studying in the school. The school has also established cooperation channels for talent training with more than ten famous universities in Europe, North America and Japan, and cooperates with many world-renowned enterprises to provide students with multi-level and multi-channel international visiting and internship opportunities. The school has been jointly training master students in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University in Germany for 20 consecutive years, and more than 220 graduate students from both sides have obtained double master’s degrees. In 2015, with the support of the Ministries of Education of China and France, a double master’s degree program was established with Institut Polytechnique de Paris (ENSTA Paris). Famous automobile companies of the two countries participate in the construction of the engineering practice base of the program, and organize professional tutoring teams to jointly train top-notch talents in the field of automobile engineering and management with international vision and meeting the needs of the industry. In addition, every year, about 10 doctoral students of the school are selected into the National Program for the Construction of High-level Universities of the China Scholarship Council, and dispatched to world-class universities for joint academic research. Moreover, the world-class faculty team of the school provides students with a broad academic vision.
